through the language of images tells the story of the values that allowed Altagamma's affirmation in the Italian high-end market and all of the enterprises part of it.
In 2012 to celebrate its twentieth birthday, Altagamma presented ALTAGAMMA – ITALIAN CONTEMPORARY EXCELLENCE, a photographic gallery that through the language of images tells the story of the values that allowed its affirmation in the Italian high-end market and all of the enterprises part of it.
Altagamma’s challenge is to portray the values intrinsically part of the “Made in Italy”, which have established its success: the art of Savoir Faire and the art of thinking, the sense of beauty, the territorial bond, the culture, the ability of emerging globally, the talents, the craftsmanship and technology, the innovation and creativity, the style, the art of living: The project, curated by Cristina Morozzi, has witnessed two simultaneous developments. The publishing of a photography volume by Rizzoli, in collaboration with 10 contrasting reporters coordinated by Denis Curti, and a traveling exhibit with a selection of 65 images, first presented at the Triennale di Milano museum and then carried on in Shanghai at the Italian Pavilion of EXPO2010, finds new locations periodically.
